Aaron is a former Director of Barclays who has spent most of his career in London, Singapore and Tokyo. Aaron’s previous roles have included running regional PWM Support Functions as well as Collateral Management, Client Service, Treasury Operations and KYC. Areas of expertise include placing experienced individuals in Private Wealth Management and Private Banking, as well as RMs and Support Staff at VP level and above. In addition to recruiting, Aaron is COO for the Hartwell Buck Group.

Chris is Managing Director at Hartwell Buck, Hong Kong and is responsible for building a global management consultancy recruitment practice.
Chris is an international business executive with over 29 years’ experience in advising boards and senior business executives in Financial Services on strategy, transformation, and growth, both as a management consultant (Accenture, Deloitte, Capco and Gemini Consulting) and, more recently, as CEO for 22 Degrees North Advisors, a boutique strategic advisory firm based in Hong Kong and as a Senior Advisor to Quinlan & Associates.
Chris led Deloitte’s Global Financial Services business for 6 years , having previously led Global Banking and Capital Markets. Chris has been based in Hong Kong for 9 years and has worked extensively both across Asia Pacific and Globally.
Prior to his career in management consulting, Chris spent 10 years as an officer in the British Army and was a product and salesforce manager in the pharmaceutical industry with Eli Lilly.

Richard manages Hartwell Buck’s Fintech and Management Consultancy practice globally, placing senior executives into Partner/MD and Director level positions. He has over 35 years experience gained from working in FinTech, Consultancy and Investment and Corporate Banking at Executive and Managing Director level.
Richard, a Human Centred Design Certified Practitioner and a Six Sigma Black Belt, has lived in the US, Europe and Asia working with companies such as J.P. Morgan, Standard Chartered, Finastra, Traiana (now CME Group) and HSBC.
