Summary
Working within Global Loans (Operations) Business Change Management Team (BCT) as Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
The role will consist of (but not be limited to) managing individual project workstreams. Activities will include requirements gathering, data analysis, defining overall strategy/approach/plan for UAT, defining and performing UAT preparation activities, defining UAT execution activities and co-ordinating business owners and downstream users to complete assigned user acceptance testing, migration planning, training and implementation support.
Additionally the role will support the BCT Programme/Senior Project Manager in project planning, initiation, tracking and delivery activities and supporting other workstreams where necessary
Experience / Skills
Experience Required
• Proven business analysis, migration and UAT delivery experience gained across a number of IT/business change projects
• Proven data analysis experience
• Excellent business writing skills
• Experience of documenting standard project deliverables such as Business Requirements, Test Strategy, Project Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrices etc in order to achieve sign-off from the business
• A sound understanding of all the activities required to complete UAT: mapping of business requirements to test conditions, creation of test cases, defining entry and exit points from each phase, defining downstream system testing dependencies
• Experienced in co-ordinating global line team users to complete required testing tasks in line with the project plan
• Willing to participate in System Integration Testing Phase with IT in order to learn about the new release of the system and ensure deliivery is fit-for-purpose in UAT
• A detailed understanding of the different phases of the software development lifecycle
• A sound understanding of project management techniques

Skills/Aptitude Required
• Degree 2:1 or above or other equivalent experience
• Effective at communicating clearly via e-mails, telephone and in meetings.
• Good attention to detail – precise, especially in the creation of project documentation
• Highly analytical and methodological approach to problem solving
• Very well organised - able to manage multiple activities effectively
• Ability to effectively plan & prioritise to set & meet deadlines
• A “can do” attitude – willingness to accept challenges & solve problems.
• Ability to identify, appropriately escalate issues and risks and consider solutions
• Must be able to work effectively either independently and as a team member
• Able to work the long hours when required to deliver a project on time
