Mike Hartwell
Managing Director
Mike is a graduate in International Politics and Strategic Studies and former Army Captain. He began his recruitment career in a global recruitment firm in 1996 and swiftly rose to a managerial position. He then moved to a global senior executive search firm and built an infrastructure senior executive search practice, specialising in VP/Director level mandates across the entire infrastructure spectrum globally. Mike was a Director at this firm and left to form Hartwell Buck in 2002. Mike is currently Managing Director at Hartwell Buck Ltd and specialises in delivering on senior executive mandates across Operations and Finance.
