ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced head of professional services to lead a diverse team of approximately 100 FTEs encompassing consultants, solution architects and project managers located in Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future and delivering excellence to our clients within the financial services industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a high-performing team of service delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and client-centricity, providing technical and business acumen expertise in setting and delivering on the business direction and strategy.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-sales engagement and solution design to implementation, training and ongoing support, ensuring successful client outcomes.
- Develop the global team, ensuring talent, succession planning, and performance management are central to the working practices of the organization.
- Develop best practices, standards and methodologies to deliver solutions seamlessly across on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, product management, development and account management to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience.
- Ensure a culture and practice of effective risk & control management, utilizing the development of metrics to ensure transparency.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team on market trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, representing our firm as a trusted partner.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- 10+ years of experience in professional services leadership roles, with a proven track record in developing and growing professional services teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a high performing team.
- Expert knowledge of financial services operations and the regulatory environment preferably with deep knowledge of reconciliations.
- Ability to demonstrate strategic deliverables with a data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving.
- Commercially astute, strong budget management and proven delivery on measurable business/commercial targets.
- Leadership experience of senior client stakeholder management across a complex global organization.
- Participate in local / regional internal and external forums and committees to ensure insight and branding opportunities are optimised.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to manage operations and engage with clients.
